Peterson Shamrock 68 NEW old stock
 
This is a new unsmoked Peterson Shamrock 68 shape.  I dont know how old it is, but the stamping is definitely older.  Has a great grain pattern on both sides and is free from any fills.

Estate valuation:  To value estate briar, I use various sources including personal knowledge, carver reputation, consignor suggestion, Ebay, and pipe forums.  I try to strike a good balance between a fair price for both buyers and consignors.  I will never allow a consignor to list a piece at outrageous prices.
